Refunds & Returns Policy

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, and goods are not sold on a trial basis. Claims for damage or non-functionality must be made within 3 days of receipt. All descriptions are provided in the best of our knowledge. Please note colors may vary due to screen resolution. While all care is taken, any errors or omission in the item details is unintentional.

Please inform us of any queries or concerns within 72 hours of receipt of your item via email customercare@jazzynailbox.com.au. Our customer service representatives will try to resolve your queries or problem as soon as possible. How To Return an Item

Please email / phone us upon receipt should you have a problem with your purchase. No returns are accepted without prior arrangement. We inspect all items before we ship them, however, we will replace any defective or damaged items returned in its original packaging within 5 days. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 3 days of your purchase.
1. Please email customercare@jazzynailbox.com.au to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
