Membership

A: You’ll get $50+ worth of renowned limited edition full size (15ml) x2 lacquer Nicole By O.P.I or Essie, Rocking Accents & Accessories, Nail Art Tools, Video Instructions, and a surprise gift just for $29.95/month + $4.95 flat rate shipping (Aus wide) with tracking. Each monthly box will be based on a special theme.

In The Subscription Box

A: Each Jazzy Nail Box includes $50 worth of new Limited- Edition full size (15ml) x2 lacquer Lacquer, Rocking Accents & Accessories, Nail Art Tools, Instructions, Video tutorials and a surprise gift.
A: Yes. Every Jazzy Nail Box comes beautifully packaged and ready to gift. If you’d like to send your box to someone else, log into My Account on jazzynailbox.com.au before 25th of every month and select Send to a Friend.
A: No, there is no lock in contract. You can cancel or pause your monthly subscription online any time.
A: We’re so sad to see you go! To cancel login to your account, go to My account and choose “cancel my subscription” option. Please note you must cancel by midnight of the 24th in order to not be billed for this month’s box.
A: No problem! Just log in to ‘My Account’ and select “Skip or Pause” option. We won’t send you a box, and you won’t be charged. You can take advantage of this benefit as many times as you want starting on the second month of your subscription.

Payment

A: You will be charged when you sign up for first time and you will be charged again on the same date of the following month. Please note if you sign up after the 14th of the month, you will receive the next month’s box.

Please note: if your payment method does not process payment successfully, we will continue to try to process your payment until it is successful.

A: No, once you are a member your credit card / PayPal account is debited and your Jazyy Nail Box is sent automatically every month.
A: You can update your payment and personal information by logging into your My account and editing your membership profile.
A: We will send you an email notifying you of the declined payment. It is up to you to keep your credit card or PayPal details up to date by logging into your My Account and clicking: Update Payment Info.
A: Simply email customercare@jazzynailbox.com.au and we will be happy to process your request.

Shipping

A: You will be charged a flat rate $4.95 shipping (Aus wide) for AUSPOST eParcel service with tracking.
A: As we ship using Standard Australia Post Parcel service, please allow 2 or more days for your box to arrive. Occasionally it takes longer for boxes to be delivered to regional and rural areas. If your box has taken greater than 14 days since you received the email please contact us via an email.
A: We keep you updated via our Facebook page as well as send you an email which will advise you once it has left the warehouse.
A: Yes, You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box has been shipped.
A: We currently ship to Australia wide and hope to be expanding soon!
A: We are not able to accept returns on Jazzy Nail Box. If you receive the wrong order or a defective item, please contact our Jazzy Nail box Advisors (customercare@jazzynailbox.com.au) and they’ll make it right.
